Holiday Cherry Cider
One sip, and your guests will be asking for the recipe for this delicious, hot cherry cider.
2 quarts apple cider
1 (3-inch) stick of cinnamon
1 (3-ounce) package cherry gelatin
- Combine apple cider and cinnamon stick in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
- Add cherry gelatin and continue cooking, stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved. Remove cinnamon stick and serve warm.
Makes 2 quarts.
