Horseradish adds incredible flavor and
zip to this holiday cheese ball.
Holiday Cheese Ball
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
16 ounces sharp cheddar cheese spread, room temperature
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons horseradish
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
- In bowl, add all ingredients, except pecans.
Mix well and chill at least 2 hours.
- Spread pecans on sheet of waxed paper.
Using a spatula, shape cheese mixture into a ball and roll out
on the pecans. Cover with pecans.
- Keep refrigerated until serving.
- Serve with assorted crackers.
Makes 12 party servings.
