Balsamic Glazed Roast Lamb

Balsamic Glazed Roast LambA classic lamb roast with a sweet balsamic taste. Recipe courtesy of the Meat and Livestock Australia.

Recipe Ingredients:

3 pounds Boneless Australian Lamb leg
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Cooking Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place Lamb in a baking dish. Combine the oil, vinegar and sugar, and brush over the lamb.
  3. Cover with foil and roast for 1 1/2 hours. Remove the foil in the last 20 minutes and baste with pan juices.
  4. Remove lamb from oven when cooked, loosely cover in foil and rest for at least 10 minutes. Serve with roasted sweet potatoes.
