Crock Pot Pulled Lamb

4 pounds leg of lamb or 4-6 lamb shanks
4 to 5 cloves chopped garlic
2 cups chicken stock
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Place all ingredients in a crock pot set on LOW for 8 to 9 hours.
- Shred the braised lamb.
Makes 4 servings.
- Serve in pita (pocket) bread with tomato, cucumber and tzatziki sauce.
- Serve in corn tortillas with salsa, avocado and cheese.
- Add your favorite barbecue sauce and serve in a bun with coleslaw.
