Lamb Steaks with Cranberry Glaze

Recipe Ingredients:

4 lamb steaks

Herb Rub:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram, crushed
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic, powdered
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Cranberry Glaze:
1 (12-ounce) container Ocean Spray Cran-Fruit (crushed fruit)
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons honey

Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients for herb rub. Coat meat on all sides.
  2. Cook steaks in skillet until done.
  3. While steaks are cooking, combine Ocean Spray Cran-Fruit, honey and orange juice in a small saucepan. Simmer for 6 to 8 minutes.
  4. Serve steaks with glaze.
