Ready-made pizza sauce and a hot roll mix for the crust make easy work of this mozzarella, tomato and fresh basil pizza.

Fresh Basil and Tomato Pizza

1 package hot roll mix, plus ingredients to prepare mix
3/4 cup pizza sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
8 ounces mozzarella cheese (2 cups shredded)
2 medium tomatoes (thinly sliced)
12 basil leaves or 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  1. Make hot roll mix according to package directions for pizza; pat dough onto greased 12- or 14-inch pizza pan, forming ridge around edge.
  2. Mix pizza sauce and garlic; spread on crust. Top with cheese, tomatoes and basil.
  3. Bake at 425°F (220°C) until crust is browned, 15 to 25 minutes.

Makes 8 servings.
