Spinach Souffle Shells.

A rich and creamy filling and tender pasta shells make this a sure fire hit. Serve with hot garlic bread and a green salad for a complete and delicious meal.

Spinach Souffle Stuffed Shells

1 (12-ounce) package frozen spinach soufflé, defrosted according to package directions
8 large pasta shells, prepared according to package directions
1 (16-ounce) container ricotta cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (15-ounce) container BUITONI® Mushroom Marinara Sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease 9-inch square baking dish.
  2. Combine spinach soufflé, onion, and ricotta cheese. Fill shells with mixture.
    Place shells in prepared baking dish. Cover with sauce.
  3. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over shells. Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until hot.
