Whole wheat cheese tortellini served with a 'caprese-style' sauce of fresh tomatoes, fresh basil and fresh mozzarella.

Whole Wheat Tortellini "Caprese"

1 (9-ounce) package BUITONI Refrigerated Whole Wheat Three Cheese Tortellini
3/4 cup diced yellow tomatoes
3/4 cup diced red tomatoes
1/2 cup diced fresh mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sliced fresh basil
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  2. Toss pasta with tomatoes, cheese, basil, oil, salt and pepper in large bowl; serve immediately.

Makes 4 servings.
