Fluffiest, easiest banana cream pie recipe ever!
2 packages dry non-dairy topping mix
2 3/4 cups milk
1(7-ounce) package instant banana pudding mix
3 medium bananas, peeled and sliced
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell or graham cracker crust
- Mix non-dairy topping mix (dry) with cold milk. Add instant banana pudding mix. Blend, then beat at high speed with an electric mixer for 2 minutes.
- Fold in slice bananas and spoon into baked pie shell. Chill for 4 hours.
Makes 8 servings.
