Brie and Fruit Pie

No recipe image available.An easy, yet sophisticated dessert, serve this fruited brie pie warm.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 (14-ounce) wheel Wisconsin Brie cheese
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
1 (21-ounce) can fruit pie filling (apple, cherry, peach or blueberry)

Cooking Directions:

  1. Place entire brie in center of pie crust.
  2. Spoon fruit filling over and around Brie.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (205°C) for 30 to 35 minutes, or until cheese softens and fruit is bubbly.
  4. To set, let stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
  5. Serve warm.

Makes 8 servings.
