Brie and Fruit Pie
An easy, yet sophisticated dessert, serve this fruited brie pie warm.
1 (14-ounce) wheel Wisconsin Brie cheese
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
1 (21-ounce) can fruit pie filling (apple, cherry, peach or blueberry)
- Place entire brie in center of pie crust.
- Spoon fruit filling over and around Brie.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (205°C) for 30 to 35 minutes, or until cheese softens and fruit is bubbly.
- To set, let stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
- Serve warm.
