Here's a chocolate cream
pie so easy, kids can make it!

Bar Pie
- 1/2 pound milk chocolate
candy bar, chopped
1 (8-ounce) container frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
- In a large bowl, microwave
chopped chocolate candy bar on MEDIUM until melted, about 3 minutes,
stirring after 1 minute, and thereafter every 30 seconds; stir
and cool slightly. (Be careful not to burn the chocolate. Chocolate
can also be melted in a double-boiler.)
- Stir in non-dairy whipped
topping then spoon into a graham cracker pie crust. Refrigerate.
Makes 8 servings.
