Quick and easy, fluffy
chocolate cream pie using pudding mix and dry non-dairy topping
mix, such a 'Dream Whip'.

- 2 packages dry non-dairy
topping mix
2 3/4 cups milk - divided use
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 (2 1/2-ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
- In a bowl mix dry non-dairy
topping mix with 1 cup cold milk. Slowly add remaining 1 3/4
cups cold milk, vanilla, and instant chocolate pudding mix. Blend
well. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour batter into baked pie shell. Chill for 4 hours.
Makes 8 servings.
