Chocolate Satin Pie.

Heated evaporated milk and egg yolks make a rich mixture; add chocolate chips and stir. You end up with a luscious pie enriched with chopped nuts and whipped cream. What a treat it is! One bite and the smooth chocolate richness will have your loved ones asking for more.

Chocolate Satin Pie

1 (8 or 9-inch) graham cracker crust
1 (12-ounce) can NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
2 large egg yolks
2 cups (12-ounce package) NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
Sweetened whipped cream for accompaniment
Chopped toasted nuts for garnish
  1. Whisk together evaporated milk and egg yolks in medium saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is very hot and thickens slightly; do not boil. Remove from heat; stir in morsels until completely melted and mixture is smooth.
  2. Pour into crust; refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Top with whipped cream before serving and sprinkle with nuts.
