Deliciously easy, creamy
cheesecake-like pie with a hint of almond.

Cheese Pie
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon almond extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups sour cream
- Ready-made fruit pie filling
for accompaniment (optional)
- Mix crumbs and butter
thoroughly. Press on bottom and sides of 9 inch glass pie plate.
Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Cool.
- Combine all remaining
ingredients except sour cream in mixing bowl. Beat until smooth.
Stir in sour cream. Microwave on low 10 minutes, stirring every
2 minutes. Pour into prepared crust.
- Microwave on low 6 to
8 minutes or until center is set. Chill thoroughly.
- Serve plain or top with
prepared fruit-pie filling.
