Crispy Peanut Butter Crust
This crispy, no-bake peanut butter crust is ideal for cream and pudding fillings—but it's especially great with ice cream!
6 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey
2 cup crisp rice cereal
- Combine peanut butter with the honey; stir in rice cereal, mixing well.
- Press crust mixture into a 9-inch pie pan and chill until firm. Fill as desired.
Makes 1 (9-inch) pie crust.
