Cream Cheese Pie
- 1 9-inch graham cracker
crust (see
recipe)
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream
cheese
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened
condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 cups pie filling, any
flavor
- Cream together cream cheese
and condensed milk until smooth. Add lemon juice and blend well.
- Pour into graham cracker
crust. Top with fruit pie filling. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
Makes 8 servings.
