Pie
- 1 unbaked pie shell (see recipe)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup oatmeal
- 3/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- Melt butter, add sugar,
oatmeal, syrup, eggs, and vanilla; beat well.
- Pour into unbaked pie
shell and bake for 45 minutes at 350°F (175°C), or until pie
is set.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
