place of processed sugar and corn syrup in this delicious version
of pecan pie.

- 1 cup honey
3 large eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
- In a saucepan, bring honey
to a boil. Quickly beat eggs into the honey; add butter, vanilla,
chopped pecans, and nutmeg.
- Pour into a 9-inch unbaked
pie shell.
- Bake at 325°F (160°C)
for 25 minutes, or until the center is set.
