A delicious frozen version
of key lime pie with a twist of lemon.
Key
Lime Pie
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker
crust
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened
condensed milk
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 to 3 drops green food
coloring (optional)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Combine milk, lime juice,
lemon juice and food coloring
if using.
- Whip the cream until stiff.
Fold into lime mixture. Pour
into pie crust and freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
Makes 8 servings.
