Ground dry-roasted peanuts add great flavor
to a graham cracker crust, especially ideal for ice cream pies.
Roasted Peanut-Graham
Crust
- 3/4 cups ground dry-roasted peanuts
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
- Combine ground peanuts, graham cracker
crumbs, brown sugar and melted butter; mix well.
- Press crust mixture into a 9-inch pie
pan and bake at 375°F (190°C) for
7 to 10 minutes. Cool.
Makes 1 (9-inch) pie crust.
