Ruth's Strawberry Pie

No recipe image available.A very easy, cool and refreshing strawberry gelatin pie.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 (3.5-ounce) package strawberry gelatin
1 (8-ounce) container frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed (3 cups)
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
6 ounces strawberries, crushed

Cooking Directions:

  1. In a bowl, prepare strawberry gelatin according to the package directions. Chill until firm.
  2. In another bowl, mix half the gelatin mixture with non-dairy whipped topping and sugar. Pour into a graham cracker pie crust.
  3. Combine the remaining gelatin mixture with crushed strawberries. Spoon on top. Chill until served.

Makes 8 servings.
