drizzled over fresh strawberries piled high on a layer of cream
cheese in a pastry crust.

3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1/8 teaspoon red food coloring

set remaining strawberries aside.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch,
