This easy no-bake pie has a cheesecake-like filling topped with fresh, sugar-sweetened sliced strawberries.

Strawberry Cheese Pie

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
2 pints strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup granulated sugar
  1. In a large bowl beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
  2. Pour into a prepared graham cracker pie crust. Chill for 3 hours or until set.
  3. Toss sliced strawberries with sugar on top. Arrange over the chilled filling.

Makes 8 servings.
