Treat your guests like Russian royalty, serve them this decadent dessert. Whole juicy strawberries, vanilla cream flavored with orange liqueur all packed in a convenient ready made pie shell.

Strawberry Romanoff Pie

1 (3.5-ounce) package vanilla pudding mix
1 (3.5-ounce) package strawberry gelatin
2 cups water
3 tablespoons orange liqueur
1 (8-ounce) package frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed (3 cups)
1 pint fresh, whole strawberries, cleaned and hulled
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
  1. Combine pudding mix, gelatin and water in a saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil. Add orange liqueur and refrigerate until thickened, about 1 hour.
  2. After chilling, beat in non-dairy whipped topping.
  3. Arrange strawberries in a baked 9-inch pie shell, pointed ends up. Top with pudding mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Makes 8 servings.
