Walnut Pie Crust

No recipe image available.Nuts crusts interchange perfectly with crumb crusts and they're gluten-free!

Recipe Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups coarsely ground walnuts
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Cooking Directions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Press mixture firmly onto bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F (160°C) for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.

Makes 8 servings.

Makes 1 (9-inch) pie crust.
