A pre-baked sourdough pizza crust is topped with ranch-stye dressing, Monterey Jack and mild cheddar cheese, sliced onion, crumbled bacon, diced cooked chicken and diced tomato.

Chicken Ranch Pizza

2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (12-inch) pre-baked sourdough pizza crust
2 tablespoons ranch-style salad dressing
1 1/4 cup (5 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded aged Cheddar cheese
1 small onion, sliced
3 strips bacon, cooked and diced
4 ounces chicken breast, cooked and diced
1 large tomato, diced
  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Place the pizza crust on a pizza pan or large baking sheet .
  3. Mix the garlic and oil together and spread over the crust. Spread the salad dressing on the crust; then sprinkle with three-fourths of the shredded cheeses. Layer the onions, bacon, chicken, and tomatoes on top; finish with the remaining cheese.
  4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
