Frankfurter Pizza

Recipe Ingredients:

1 pound Certified Angus Beef® frankfurters
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3 (8-ounce) cans pineapple, well drained
3 green onions, chopped
1 (12-inch) prepared pizza crust
Salt and ground black pepper

Cooking Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice frankfurters lengthwise, then cut into half circles. Top crust with cheese, leaving a 1/2-inch border around edges.
  3. Cut crusts into shapes with cookie cutters, if desired.
  4. Top with frankfurters, drained pineapple pieces, and onions. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Bake 10 to 12 min. until hot and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
