Garlic and Olive Focaccini

1 pound prepared pizza dough, divided into 4 (4-ounce) balls
2 tablespoons pureed roasted garlic
1 cup California Ripe Olives
1/2 cup shredded asiago cheese
2 teaspoons chopped rosemary
2 teaspoons chopped thyme
- Shape each piece of pizza dough into a 5 to 6-inch disc. Place onto a well greased baking sheet.
- Spread 1/2 tablespoon of garlic puree on each, then dot with 1/4 cup of California Ripe Olives. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of asiago cheese and a 1/2 teaspoon of rosemary and thyme, then season with black pepper to taste.
- Allow to rest in a warm place for 30 to 60 minutes, then bake in a 400°F (205°C) oven for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly golden.
