Pizza with sliced artichoke hearts (carciofi), prosciutto, black olives, sun-dried tomatoes and chives.
1 (12-inch) pizza crust
2 tablespoons pizza sauce
3/4 cup shredded Wisconsin Fontina
3/4 cup shredded Wisconsin Swiss
2 ounces diced prosciutto
6 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and sliced
1 ounce black olives, chopped
1 ounce sun-dried tomatoes, diced
1 ounce chives, finely diced
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Spread pizza sauce evenly on crust; sprinkle 3/4 of cheese blend over sauce. Top cheese with artichokes, dried-tomatoes, black olives, prosciutto and chives. Add remaining cheese and dust with pepper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 450°F (230°C) for 8 to 10 minutes.
