
This nutty cheese pizza
is easily given a spicy kick of flavor with a few shakes of a
Szechuan style pepper blend.
Spicy
Cheese Nut Pizza
- 1 refrigerated prepared
pizza crust
1/2 cup Wisconsin Mascarpone cheese
1 teaspoon Szechuan style pepper blend
1 3/4 cups (7 ounces) Wisconsin shredded Italian Blend cheeses
3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- Unroll the pizza crust and press out on
a lightly greased pan, according to package directions. Spread
the Mascarpone evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle the remaining ingredients on
top.
- Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 15 to
18 minutes or until the crust is a deep golden brown and the
cheese is bubbly.
