Mozzarella Mini Pizzas
Kids will love these quick and easy English muffins pizzas topped with pizza sauce, sliced frankfurters and three types of cheeses, Parmesan, cheddar and mozzarella.
6 large English muffins, split and buttered
1/4 cup grated Wisconsin Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded Wisconsin Cheddar cheese
1 (10.5-ounce) can pizza sauce
1 cup shredded Wisconsin Mozzarella cheese
- Sprinkle buttered muffins with Parmesan cheese. Toast under broiler until golden brown.
- Place 1 1/2 tablespoons of cheddar cheese on each muffin.
- Cut frankfurters cross-wise in 1/4 inch slices; arrange on muffins. Top each with about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon of Mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 12 to 15 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
