Mozzarella Mini Pizzas

No recipe image available.Kids will love these quick and easy English muffins pizzas topped with pizza sauce, sliced frankfurters and three types of cheeses, Parmesan, cheddar and mozzarella.

Recipe Ingredients:

6 large English muffins, split and buttered
1/4 cup grated Wisconsin Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded Wisconsin Cheddar cheese
6 frankfurters
1 (10.5-ounce) can pizza sauce
1 cup shredded Wisconsin Mozzarella cheese

Cooking Directions:

  1. Sprinkle buttered muffins with Parmesan cheese. Toast under broiler until golden brown.
  2. Place 1 1/2 tablespoons of cheddar cheese on each muffin.
  3. Cut frankfurters cross-wise in 1/4 inch slices; arrange on muffins. Top each with about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon of Mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 12 to 15 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
