Simple and basic instructions for cooking a boneless fresh leg of pork. Serve anytime with your favorite side dishes.

Basic Boneless Leg of Pork

3 1/2 to 4-pound boneless leg of pork (fresh ham)
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place in a roasting pan and roast for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest part reads 150 degrees F. (about 18-20 minutes per pound).
  3. Remove from oven and cover. Let rest for 20 minutes before slicing. If your butcher has tied the roast with string, remove string before slicing.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.
