and potato tacos for their crews. Try this savory dish in your
own kitchen; your wranglers will chow down like the cowpokes
do.
BBQ-Pork
and Potato Tacos
- 2 pounds prepared shredded
pork in barbecue sauce*, warmed
1 (20-ounce) package refrigerated sliced potatoes, prepared according
to package directions
12 taco shells, warmed
2 cups shredded lettuce
2 cups chopped tomato
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Combine pork and potatoes
in a large bowl; mix well.
- Fill taco shells with
pork mixture. Top with lettuce, tomato and cheese to serve.
Makes 12.
