'Quick-braise' -- like
this flavorful pork chop skillet -- dishes get supper on the
table fast. Fast braising makes these pork chops tender, and
the braising liquid adds flavor power. Serve with sautéed
peapods, warm flour tortillas and hot cooked rice.
