Pork Steak with Potatoes
1 1/2 pounds boneless pork
steak
10 potatoes, cubed
3 (10.75-ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
- Season pork steaks with
desired seasonings. Place in baking dish. Cover with potatoes.
Add mushroom soup and spread to cover potatoes. Add water and
bake at 350°F uncovered for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
Makes 6 servings.
