Fruited Ham Slice

1 (1-pound) ham slice
1 (11-ounce) can Mandarin orange sections
1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks
1/4 cup raisins
2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  1. Trim sliced ham and place in a microwaveable baking dish.
  2. Drain mandarin orange sections and pineapple chunks; reserving the juice.
  3. Arrange the fruit and raisins on the ham slice and microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes. Mix the reserved juice, brown sugar, cornstarch, and cloves in a bowl. Pour over the ham and rotate the dish. Continue microwaving for 10 minutes, basting once.

Makes 4 servings.
