Spicy, but peach-sweet chunks of roasted pork loin come out tender and juicy prepared with taco seasoning mix and thick and chunky salsa.
1 pound boneless pork loin chops, cut into bite-size pieces
1 (1.25-ounce) package ORTEGA Taco Seasoning Mix
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup ORTEGA Salsa - Thick & Chunky (Medium)
1/2 cup peach preserves
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Combine pork with seasoning mix in large bowl until pork is completely coated. Heat oil in large, nonstick skillet; add pork. Cook, stirring frequently, until pork is cooked through. Reduce heat to low.
- Stir in salsa and preserves. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through. Sprinkle with cilantro.
