Spicy but peach-sweet roasted boneless pork loin chops come out tender and juicy prepared with taco seasoning mix and thick and chunky salsa. Serve with rice, green salad and iced tea.

Georgia Pork

1 pound boneless pork loin chops, cut into bite-size pieces
1 (1.25-ounce) package ORTEGA® Taco Seasoning Mix
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup ORTEGA Salsa - Thick & Chunky (Medium)
1/2 cup peach preserves
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  1. Combine pork with seasoning mix in large bowl until pork is completely coated. Heat oil in large, nonstick skillet; add pork. Cook, stirring frequently, until pork is cooked through. Reduce heat to low.
  2. Stir in salsa and preserves. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through. Sprinkle with cilantro.
