Pungent and piquant with a double mustard
and pepper coating, this grilled roast is sophisticated simplicity.
Grill potato wedges to serve alongside, and add slice tomatoes
in vinaigrette. Serve leftover roast sandwiches on rye bread
with Swiss cheese and applesauce on the side.
