Habanero and Honey Pork Chops
Sweet-and-hot flavors have become popular from entrées to desserts. Here honey joins incendiary habanero to season quickly grilled chops. The habanero chile is extremely hot, with a bright citrus flavor, native to the Yucatan peninsula. Use the habanero chile sauce carefully, it’s explosive! Pair these chops with sweet corn and creamy coleslaw.
