Honey-Bourbon Ham Steak

3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons bourbon
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, roasted and mashed
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Approximately 2 pounds fully cooked bone-in ham steaks
  1. Combine honey, bourbon, soy sauce, garlic and dry mustard in a food processor and process until well blended.
  2. Preheat grill to high heat. Place ham on grill and cook, uncovered, for about 4 minutes. Turn steaks over, brush with glaze, and continue grilling 3 to 5 minutes. Glaze again in the last couple of minutes of cooking. Serve any remaining glaze alongside ham.

Makes 4 servings.
