Honey Pepper Chops

Honey Pepper ChopsA simple basting sauce of honey and hot pepper sauce coats these tantalizing grilled chops.

Recipe Ingredients:

4 top loin chops
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
6 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons hot pepper sauce

Cooking Directions:

  1. Season chops with salt and pepper and grill over medium-hot fire.
  2. Stir together honey and hot pepper sauce and baste chops during grilling.
  3. Remove chops from grill and brush with remaining glaze.

Makes 4 servings.
