Simple marinade. Flavorful chops. Also a great recipe to have for camping, just marinate in a self-sealing plastic bag. Use your favorite brand of dressing. Serve with garlic mashed potatoes, green beans and rolls.

Italian Marinated Pork Chops

4 boneless pork chops, 1 1/2-inch-thick
1 (8-ounce) bottle Italian dressing *
  1. Marinate chops, covered and refrigerated, in dressing 2 to 4 hours.
  2. Prepare medium-hot coals in covered barbecue grill, banking coals on sides of grill.
  3. Remove chops from marinade, discard marinade.
  4. Grill chops 15 to 18 minutes, turning once**.

Serves 4.

*Can use reduced-fat or fat-free dressing.
**Can also be broiled for 15 to 18 minutes.
