Italian Pork Spiedini.

The prep work for this is easy. Partially frozen tenderloin to makes cutting easier. Serve with fresh sliced tomatoes with mozzarella cheese cubes and fresh basil. Have some good garlic bread warming on the grill as well.

Italian Pork Spiedini

1 pork tenderloin, about 1 pound, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 cup Italian salad dressing
  1. Marinade pork in salad dressing for 30 minutes. Thread pork on skewers* and discard marinade.
  2. Grill for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally, until done.

Serves 4.

Note: If using bamboo skewers, soak in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
