
Serve these chops with
buttered snap peas, a sliced orange and onion salad and bread
sticks. If molasses is too sweet for your family's taste, try
using ketchup instead.

Chops
- 4 top loin pork chops,
3/4-inch-thick
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoon molasses
- Season chops with salt
and pepper.
- Stir together teriyaki
sauce and molasses in a small bowl.
- Place pork over medium-hot
coals and grill for 8 to 10 minutes, basting with sauce in the
last few minutes.
