Peachy Mustard Pork Chops

Peachy Mustard Pork ChopsServe these sweet and tangy chops with grilled red onions, mashed sweet potatoes and Marinated Cucumber Salad.

Recipe Ingredients:

4 pork chops
1/4 cup peach preserves
1/3 cup honey mustard
2 tablespoon lemon juice

Cooking Directions:

  1. Stir together preserves, mustard and lemon juice.
  2. Grill chops over a medium-hot fire, turning occasionally and basting with sauce, just until done, 8 to 10 minutes until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 160°F (70°C). Discard any leftover basting sauce.

Makes 4 servings.
