Serve with stir fried vegetables and egg drop soup.
Pork with Garlic and Nam Pla
- 1/2 pound boneless pork loin, sliced 1/4-inch thick
1 teaspoon corn oil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon nam pla (Thai fish sauce)
- In a nonstick skillet heat corn oil over high heat, add pork slices, cook over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes, turn and sprinkle pork with garlic, pepper and nam pla. Cook 2 minutes more, shaking pan to prevent garlic from burning. Serve pork immediately with pan juices.
