
This fast and delicious pork chop dinner
is flavored with taco seasoning and salsa potatoes.
Salsa Pork
Chops and Potato Skillet Dinner
- 4 (4 to 6-ounce) pork
chops, 1/2-inch thick
4 cups refrigerated diced potatoes
1 (1.25-ounce) package ORTEGA® Taco Seasoning Mix
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (16-ounce) jar ORTEGA Salsa - Homestyle Recipe (Mild)
- Place pork, potatoes and
seasoning mix in large, heavy-duty plastic bag; shake to coat.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook
for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
- Top with salsa and potatoes.
Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until
pork is no longer pink in center.
