Sesame gives a toasty crunch to this tenderloin.
Sesame Pork
- 2 pork tenderloins, about 1 3/4 to 2 total pounds
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablepoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Oriental sesame oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
3 or 4 green onions, sliced diagonally
- In a self sealing bag, place tenderloins, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar and garlic. Seal bag and refrigerate 4 to 8 hours. Remove pork from from marinade (discarding marinade); roll in sesame seeds.
- Place tenderloins in shallow pan; roast at 450 degrees F. for 20 to 25 minutes, until internal temperature (measured by a meat thermometer) registers 155 degrees F.
- Serve sliced tenderloins garnished with green onion.
