Serve with seasoned rice and glazed carrots.

Sesame Pork Rolls

4 boneless pork loin chops, 4 ounces each, butterflied
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 large egg beaten with 1 teaspoon water
6 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  1. Between two pieces of plastic wrap, pound each butterflied chop to 1/8-inch thickness.
  2. Brush one surface of each chop with sesame oil, sprinkle with one tablespoon green onion. Roll up chops; coat with flour, dip into egg wash, and roll in sesame seeds.
  3. Heat oil in nonstick skillet. Add pork rolls and cook 10 to 12 minutes, turning carefully to brown all sides.
