Spiced and glazed pork tenderloin.

Spiced Pork Tenderloin

1/3 cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
4 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 pounds pork tenderloin
1 (10-ounce) jar CROSSE & BLACKWELL Ham Glaze - divided use
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  1. Combine oil, garlic, cumn, cinnamon and cayenne pepper in small bowl; mix well. Place pork in 13 x 9-inch baking pan; pour mixture over pork. Cover; refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  3. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until brown on all sides. Return pork to baking pan. Brush with 1/2 cup ham glaze.
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until desired doneness. Cool slightly in pan on wire rack. Cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices; Season with salt and pepper. Serve with remaining ham glaze.
